01. How to find my transfer / driver after arriving to the Funchal Airport?

At Funchal Airport the driver will meet you in the arrivals area holding a sign with your name on it.

02. How can I pay the transfer?

You can choose to pay through the PayPal secure online payment system - with your credit card or PayPal account - or you can opt to pay later in cash directly to the driver - Euros only.

03. Are the prices per transfer or per person?

All prices shown in the website are per transfer, not per person. If you choose a two way transfer the price is always twice the initial one and the total price for your request will be automatically updated.

04. How do I now my transfer is confirmed and that you'll be there waiting for me?

After your online booking request is processed you will receive an automatic email that will act as your transfer confirmation. Normally this process takes seconds to complete.

05. What happens if my flight is delayed?

There is no need to worry. We always check your flight status directly with Funchal Airport and will wait until you arrive - no extra charge!

06. Do you provide baby seats, children seats and infant carriers?

Yes. The seats are free of charge and they must be requested in the "Optional Details" section of the online booking form. When choosing this option you also have to specify the respective ages.

07. On a two way transfer can you pick me up at a different location from the initial drop?

Yes. In the "Departure Details" section of the online booking form just select a different "Pick-up From" location. The price for your two way transfer will be automatically updated accordingly.

08. How much luggage can I take in the transfer?

Each transfer passenger is expected to carry no more than two luggage items, including golf bags. If you're carrying extra or special luggage please don't forget to mention it on the "Special Remarks" field so we can provide you with a suitable vehicle - no extra charge!

09. I cannot find my destination in your online booking form. What to do?

Fill the request for quote form and we'll contact you (by phone or email) to inform you about the price and ask for your confirmation. The process for a custom transfer request usually takes less than 12h. For last minute transfers please contact us directly.

10. I need a transfer in the next 12h. Can I book it online?

For "last minute" transfers please contact us directly. Our online booking system only accepts requests at least for the next day.

11. Are the passengers insured?

Yes. All passengers and their luggage are insured.

12. Can I use the driver's phone?

Yes. Only for urgent needs.

13. Does the driver speak English?

Yes. All our drivers speak English.

14. Is the transfer direct or do we stop en-route?

Transfers are direct, door-to-door.

15. I did not receive any confirmation email. What to do?

Sometimes the email can take more time to arrive depending on network configurations. If you have waited long enough and you're certain to have typed your email address correctly in the booking form, start by checking if the email inadvertently went to your spam box. If you suspect that it's a problem on our side please contact us directly to solve the situation.

16. How can I cancel or make amendments to my already booked transfer?

You can do so by calling us directly or by sending an email with your transfer ID until 4pm (Funchal Airport (FNC) Local Time) of the transfer previous day.
