Transfer reservations through our online service are always processed in Funchal Airport (FNC) Local Time.
We only accept online reservations until one day before your transfer desired date.
For last minute transfer reservations please contact us directly by phone.
In case we need to prove you are the person who made the online booking we will ask you for the transfer ID presented in the confirmation email.
When a booking is made by telephone, the booking is also subject to, and the client must accept, our terms and conditions.
If the booked transfer includes two or more people, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to do so on the basis that he/she acts as an agent for both or all members of the party and accepts the booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.
Payments must always be settled prior to the vehicle’s departure.
You can use our secure online payment system or pay directly to the driver.
Payments to the driver must be in cash (Euros only).
Our secure online payment is provided by the PayPal system, which allows to pay with your PayPal account or with credit card.
Your transfer receipt will be given by the driver.
Customers are allowed to cancel or change the reservation by email or phone.
We accept cancellations and amendments until 4pm (Funchal Airport (FNC) Local Time) of the transfer previous day.
When cancelling by email re-send us your confirmation email along with your message.
Transfers are limited to two items of luggage per person including a golf bag.
Any extra or special luggage must be declared at the time of booking. When booking online please use the "special remarks" field to do so.
We are a fully licensed Funchal Airport (FNC) transfer company - N.861/97
Our company is fully insured, having all the insurances requested by the Portuguese law trough the international insurance company AXA.
The transfer passenger and their luggage are fully insured.
If for any reason within our control we fail to deliver the passengers to their confirmed destination, we will provide a suitable replace transportation, such as another coach, train, private car or taxi.
Any reimbursement for the costs of an alternative transportation to get to the ticketed destination shall be no more than the cost of getting to that destination by normal taxi.
We are not responsible for delays before or during the transfer caused by external reasons (ex: weather conditions and traffic).
Complaints are only processed if they are written in the complaint report (present in all vehicles) and given to the driver.

We reserve ourselves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered wrong by the driver.
Smoking and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in our vehicles.
Portuguese law will govern these conditions in all respects.
